This is what I think they don't get along, but seriously, they became real, so they probably gotten human consciouses as toons and we all know that humans are complicated emotional creatures, so they probably could have several reasons for not liking each other.

And ever since that fight, she's been afraid of Inky Bendy & aware that she can't fight him. And much to her dismay, he won the fight and allowed her to flee deeper into the studio since he couldn't kill her, so he could only deform her appearance.
